Interests help define an Issue from a variety of viewpoints. Management, Production, Accounting, Personnel, the Customer - each sees the side of an issue that is most relevant to their own needs.

When we put all the Interests together, we can \"see\" the WHOLE Issue instead of just the side closest to us.

The Issue \"Pay and Benefits\" is clearer when all the Interests are listed. For example:
