The products and prices in this demo store may be imaginary, and the shipping function would need legitimate shipping accounts to accurately calculate shipping charges, but otherwise this is a functional on-line store. Registration is only required to complete the check-out process.

The publicly exposed storefront is only part of what is required to operate an on-line store. This demo also has a fully functional management back-end to make it easy to handle order processing, tracking order status, managing inventory, etc.

This demo only employs a few of Drupal's ecommerce capabilities, and a conventional retail store is only one of the ways an ecommerce website can be configured. We can also provide membership, fee-required downloads, donations, and other forms of secure ecommerce websites.

Drupal/Ubercart has been approved by Paypal as a standards compatible shopping cart, and can also support credit card transactions through authorize.net, 2Checkout, CyberSource, Viaklix, and other major payment gateway services.

This website is a demonstration of Drupal's community building capabilities.

This on-line community portal offers a variety of types of content to facilitate communications between participants. This particular system is configured to provide age-sensitive controlled access to content and activities, for an organization with members from young children to senior citizens.

This structure could just as easily provide employees in a corporate environment with position-sensitive controlled access to confidential information and interactions.

Anonymous visiters are allowed to view the content in this demo, and registration is only required to post comments or contribute content. This type of website would typically be constructed as a private site where most if not all content is only accessible to authenticated users.

Security can be further enhanced by using SSL encryption (https).
